College Access and Post-Secondary Success Program (CAPS) Mentor Application
Mentors typically commit to supporting youth for two years, through a young person’s junior and senior year in high school.
During the junior year, mentors are required to attend a match orientation and mentor training; and meet with their mentee biweekly for at least one hour (in person or virtually).
During the senior year, mentors connect with their mentee weekly during the fall and winter to support post-secondary planning and attend a senior orientation, financial aid training, and the end-of-year celebration.
Complete this application and a staff member will schedule a time to speak with you.
