Program Assistant Application

BCNC is seeking Commonwealth Corps Service Members to support Adult ESOL and Workforce Development programs in Boston and Quincy.

The Commonwealth Corps program engages Massachusetts residents in full-time service to strengthen communities, address critical needs, and build professional skills through hands-on experience. Members will serve for 10 months through the Massachusetts Service Alliance (MSA), joining a statewide cohort focused on community impact and professional growth.

At BCNC, members will support adult immigrant learners through classroom assistance, digital literacy support, volunteer coordination, and career development activities, helping expand access to education and workforce opportunities.
