1991: Family Child Care Program started

The Family Child Care program provides access to high-quality, licensed home-based child care and early learning for children ages 3 months to 5 years from low-income families. BCNC partners with Chinese immigrant women to help them become state-licensed child care providers. We support them through professional core training, coordinate CPR and First Aid certification, and, in partnership with ABCD Head Start & Children’s Services, conduct regular home visits to ensure both provider support and the safety of children
