Youth Employment Program 

The Youth Employment Program is a year-round program that provides youth with workforce experience and skills. Youth are placed in BCNC departments to work up to 10 hours a week during the school year and up to 25 hours a week during the summer.  All youth receive professional development trainings, one-on-one support, and opportunities to attend company site visits. Applications open in April for summer employment and in October for school-year employment.
