Bernadette Davidson (she/her)

Bernadette Davidson has been the Director of Child Care and Enrichment Services at BCNC since 2007, overseeing program development, staff supervision, and long-term planning. She works closely with BCNC’s leadership to ensure the childcare programs meet the needs of the community.

Before BCNC, Bernadette served as Director of Professional Services at the Child Care Resource Center and Educational Director at Child Care Careers Institute. She has significant experience in managing childcare centers and advocating for early childhood education.

Bernadette holds an MS in Early Childhood Education from Lesley College and a BA in History and Social Sciences from Boston University. She was selected as Urban College of Boston’s Instructor of the Year in May 2018.
