Director of Operations
Grace Su has been involved with BCNC since childhood and formally joined as a staff member in 2014. She became Director of Family Services in 2019, expanding the team and launching culturally responsive mental health services in collaboration with BCNC’s community partners. Grace became the Chief Program Officer in 2024 and oversees all programmatic functions.
Before BCNC, Grace worked as a Family Clinician at Regency Family Health and completed internships at South Shore Mental Health and Town Brook House. Her clinical background has strengthened BCNC’s capacity to provide family support and mental health services.
Grace holds a BA in Human Development and a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Health and Mental Health from Boston College, and a Doctorate in Clinical Social Work from University of Pennsylvania. Grace is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. Additionally, she co-authored “Mental health priorities and cultural-responsiveness of the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training for Asian immigrant populations in Greater Boston, Massachusetts,” featured in BMC Psychiatry, and “Chinese American women’s overactive bladder care experience: A qualitative study,” featured in American Urogynecologic Society. Grace also serves as Part-time Faculty at Boston College School of Social Work.
