Project RISE
Project RISE (Resilient Immigrants Striving for Equity) is a collaboration with community-based organizations serving the Boston’s Chinatown, Everett, and Greater Lowell, with BCNC serving as the lead organization.
Project RISE aims to strengthen the fabric of immigrant communities by providing ongoing support around emotional wellness and creating a sense of belonging and togetherness. Services provided are community-based interventions intended for individuals, families, and the community at large and they include:
- Non-clinical support and referrals to clinicians when needed
- Support groups
- Workshops
- Recreational activities
- Community events
