Sam Trombly (he/him)

Sam Trombly joined BCNC in March 2024 as the Director of the Red Oak After School and Summer Program. He focuses on enhancing partnerships and curriculum development to provide enriching academic and creative opportunities for students, while supporting his team in day-to-day operations.

Before BCNC, Sam was a Fellow at a community organizing nonprofit dedicated to mobilizing young people through volunteerism, community engagement, and service learning. Through that work, Sam volunteered at BCNC for a year before joining as Director.

Sam holds a BS in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder. He has also become a certified APT observer since joining BCNC. Sam has a certificate in Social Impact Management and Leadership from the Institute for Nonprofit Practice.
