Family Services provides free and low-cost culturally competent and linguistically accessible behavioral and mental health support services to Chinese-speaking immigrants. Our staff are multilingual in English and Chinese dialects. We help immigrant families cope with challenging issues and adjust to their new lives in the United States.
Case Management
From professional consultations and referrals for housing, public benefits, mental health, and education, to targeted programs such as lead abatement, early parenthood support, and assistance for children with special needs, we connect individuals and families with the resources they need for improved well-being and development.
Counseling and Treatment Services
We provide mental health support services for youth, adults, and families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, and emotional stress.
Parent Education and Support
We strengthen parents and caregivers through classes and support groups where they learn positive parenting skills to build close parent-child relationships, develop children’s social-emotional learning skills, and reduce challenging behaviors.
Services for Neurodivergent Communities
We offer activities and classes to improve the quality of life for Chinese-speaking families who have members who are neurodivergent.
