Hammond Castle and Museum Tour

Participants who are residents of Massachusetts with an acquired brain injury and enrolled in the Statewide Head Injury Program are eligible for this Hammond Castle Tour.

On this tour to Hammond Castle, participants will learn about John Hays Hammond Jr’s contributions to remote control technology, explore the castle’s distinctive architecture and European art collection, and gain insight into its historical background. Following the tour, we will enjoy lunch together at East Ocean Seafood Restaurant, concluding a joyful and enriching day.

Location: In Quincy, at 9:30 am meet under the pavilion outside Quincy Center Station. In Boston, at 10 am, meet at the back entrance of Josiah Quincy Elementary School, at the corner of Marginal Road and Shawmut Ave.

Fee: $5 for brain injury participant and immediate family member (spouse and/or children under 18 years old). $12 for each other adult and child for lunch.
