Wen-ti Tsen is a painter and public artist. He was born in China, lived in Paris and London before coming to the U.S. to study at Boston Museum School. Since the mid-1970s, he has been engaged in making art that explores cultural connections. It takes the forms of paintings and mix-media installations made in the studio; large-scale sculptural works in public places; and community art projects working with grass-root organizations.
Directions: The Pao Arts Center is located in the One Greenway building, 99 Kneeland Street. For GPS driving directions, use 66 Hudson Street, Boston, MA 02111. From Hudson Street, walk up the stairs and across the deck to the 99 Albany Street entrance. The public parking garage entrance is on Hudson Street. The Pao Arts Center is accessible by the MBTA green, red, and orange lines.
