BCNC Brain Injury Recreational Program (BIRP) is open to Massachusetts residents with an acquired brain injury and enrolled in the Statewide Head Injury Program (SHIP).

In September, Family Services will be bringing eligible participants and their immediate family members for a dim sum lunch and apple picking trip.

Meeting Locations: Please arrive on time. Bus will leave promptly.

• Quincy: Meet under pavilion in front of Quincy Center Station at 9:30am.

• Boston: Meet at Josiah Quincy Elementary School (corner of Marginal Road and Shawmut Ave) at 10am.

Activities:

• Dim Sum Lunch: Hei La Moon Restaurant (83 Essex St, Boston, MA 02111)

• Apple Picking: Parlee Farm (95 Farwell Rd, Tyngsborough, MA 01879)

Fee:

• $5 for each brain injury participant and immediate family member (spouse and/or children under 18 y/o);

• $12 for each other adult and child.

BCNC will provide transportation and purchase a 20 lbs bag for each family (up to 5 people). Participants should bring water to stay hydrated. Participants may purchase additional bags at the farm at their own expense.

• 波士頓：上午10 點在 Josiah Quincy 小學（Marginal Road 和 Shawmut Ave 交界處）集合。
