Family Services is excited to provide an 8-week yoga class in this summer!

Yoga is not only an exercise, but it also has health benefits for the mind and body. We can temporarily put down our to-do-list, allocate time to be present and to care for ourselves. The class includes meditation, breathing exercise and asana. Yoga is for "everybody". We all have different body structures. The important thing of yoga practice is not about doing a difficult pose but feeling relaxed and comfortable after the class.

Date and time: 7/10 – 8/28/2023 (Every Monday), 10am – 11am

Target Population: 18+, priority will be given to mothers

Language: Cantonese

Instructor: Owan Chow

Course fee: $5 per session

Payment: Cash only. Course fee will be collected at the door.

瑜伽不單是一種運動,並且可以幫助身心健康。透過冥想、呼吸練習和瑜伽體式,我們可以暫時放下其他事情,集中當下一刻。任何人都可以學瑜伽。每一個人都有不同的身體結構,重要的不是你可以做到高難度的動作,而是當你完成瑜伽練習後,你會感覺到舒服、放鬆。

日期和時間:2023 年 7 月 10 日至 8 月 28 日(逢週一),上午 10 點至上午 11 點

服務對象:18歲或以上人士,媽媽將獲得優先考慮。
