Immigrant adults come to BCNC to learn English and workforce skills in order to get better jobs and support their families. BCNC offers classes and training services to prepare adult immigrant learners for further education and job training that will lead to employment with family-sustaining wages.
This week, 200 BCNC students are preparing for the job fair at BCNC on November 7th. Our staff are helping students with writing their resumes, practicing for interviews, career advising, and connecting with employers.
Would you make a $25, $50, or $100 gift to support a student as they prepare for the job fair? Your gift will help provide a student with the support they need to access career and educational opportunities for brighter futures.
$25 pays for resume workshops for one student
$50 pays for resume workshops for two students
$100 will help pay for job interview preparation and advising
Will you help us raise $1,000 to support our adult immigrant students by Thursday, November 7th? We are thankful you believe in our students and they can count on you!
