Self-care not only can let you take a break from the stressors but help you become a better parent! Family Services is going to facilitate a virtual workshop. Within the workshop, you can explore your emotions and feelings; identify triggers and pressures of parenting, find suitable self-care strategies, and utilize self-care skills in parent-child relationships.
