We Are More in Quincy
/BCNC Quincy brings Amanda Phingbodhipakkiya’s We Are More, a public art campaign that celebrates the resilience and diversity of the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community, to Quincy. The campaign gives the AAPI community a powerful voice, responding to the stereotyping, harassment, and violence that has become increasingly severe amidst COVID-19. Now, in collaboration with sponsors and partners, you can experience this work at locations all over Quincy.
We also invite you to a virtual 5k and 1 mile run/walk this weekend of June 25-27 to show your support for the Quincy Asian community! Register here today and meet us at the finish line on Saturday, June 26th, between 10:30 am - 1:30 pm at the Quincy Square Market in Kilroy Square, 25 Cottage Ave, Quincy to receive your prize! Take our suggested routes to view the visual art installations by Amanda Phingbodhipakkiya and Quincy resident and artist Helen Yung.
