They highlighted the many causes of problem gambling in the Asian community and presented a community project in Everette called Project RISE (Resilient Immigrants Striving for Equity) to provide community-based strategies for problem gambling prevention.

At BCNC, we worked to secure state funding to assist in mental health programming for families and youth. Read MoreThis Tuesday on May 17, 2022, BCNC and attendees came together for an in-person gala to restore and empower Asian and new immigrant families. The gala is BCNC’s biggest event and fundraiser for the year, and raised nearly $500,000. The Gala includes a ceremonial lantern lighting with all VIPs and attendees, followed by a traditional 10 course Chinese banquet.
